Over the past year we have had great success with our CNC Plasma cutter from precision plasma.

We are always looking to expand our business and offer more to our customers and when Precision Plasma contacted us and told us about their new line of BullDog CNC Routers we knew there was another build page in the works.

We are going to create another build website dedicated to CNC Routers.  It is going to be based on the same principals at this site and will detail the build from start to finish.

This build is going to be a relatively low buck build.  It is going to showcase a small bench top Router.   This setup is ideal for the home hobbyist but could be used for a company that needs a CNC router for small parts.

The cutting force of the X and Y axis can be calculated by multiplying the torque of the

stepper motor by .583

Example: 300in-oz motor x .583 = 175 lbf
